Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our product, all orders require an adult (21+) signature upon delivery. For this reason, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Any order placed with a P.O. Box address will be cancelled and refunded.

We currently offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200 (before taxes and after any discounts are applied). Shipping rates for orders under this threshold will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please ensure that someone 21 years of age or older is available to receive and sign for your order at the time of delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to unavailable signature may result in delays or additional shipping fees.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
