The Agave

Native to the highlands of San Luis Potosí, Salmiana is one of Mexico’s largest agave varieties, often taking up to 25 years to reach maturity. Over decades, it gathers sunlight, rainfall, minerals, and the character of the land before it is harvested just once.
Its profile is remarkably fresh yet deeply complex, revealing vibrant botanicals, gentle minerality, and a warmth that unfolds slowly with every sip.
